Hyatt Regency Changbaishan

After landing, we took the resort's shuttle directly to the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel staff offered to help us with our luggage, which was a heartwarming gesture. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, with a retro American feel. Ms. Alisa (Wang Mingxin) checked us in at the front desk. She was very efficient and considerate, understanding the hotel's benefits and making reservations. She even upgraded us to a deluxe room with an extra bed, making the 60-square-meter room incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, with a 2-meter king-size bed, a large sofa, a large coffee table, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. It felt like a luxury home! The towels, bathrobes, and bathrobes were all new and soft, and very comfortable. The room was well-lit, and the air conditioning was powerful, conveniently located on either side of the bed. Sockets were conveniently located in several common areas, making it easy to use electronic devices. The design was very user-friendly. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients. The juices were freshly squeezed, not bottled. There were also freshly made rice noodles, noodles, wontons, sesame seed cakes, Shanghainese omelets, and Eggs Benedict. The open kitchen was large, with plenty of seating and spacious tables. Dining here was a real pleasure. 😋 The afternoon tea was perfectly satisfying; the coffee and tea were delicious, and the dim sum was tasty. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, the resort town is just behind the hotel, convenient for dining, shopping, and movies. The staff were very polite and proactive, and the concierge took our luggage and lent us umbrellas. On the shuttle bus, the resort staff would chat with us about the various activities and ask us any questions. The activities were plentiful. Besides the hotel's included benefits, there were summer activities like cable cars, ski slopes, grass skiing, a water park, and hot springs. There were also some extras, like hot air balloon rides. We even went for a firefly viewing. Overall, the stay was fantastic. I heard the hotel has a ski chalet, and if I were to visit in the winter, I'd definitely stay at the Hyatt.
