Outstanding Stay in the Superior Suite – Baiyoke Sky Hotel, Bangkok ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment we arrived, Baiyoke Sky Hotel impressed us with its warm welcome, smooth check-in, and stunning city views.

We stayed in the Superior Suite, which was spacious, elegantly furnished, and featured floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of Bangkok. Watching the sunrise over the skyline and the glittering city lights at night was simply magical. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lounge area perfect for relaxing, and the suite came with thoughtful touches like a well-stocked minibar and modern amenities that made our stay effortless.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had – a huge selection of Thai specialties and international favorites, all fresh and beautifully presented. Dining high above the city each morning was an experience in itself.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of Pratunam, within walking distance of lively markets, shopping malls, and authentic street food stalls. The hotel’s rooftop observation deck is also a must-visit, offering unbeatable 360° views of Bangkok.

What truly made this stay outstanding was the service. Every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, from offering local tips to arranging transport. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued and cared for throughout our visit.

Our kids absolutely loved the stay – from the incredible views to the variety at breakfast – and they are already asking when we can visit again.

In short: The Superior Suite at Baiyoke Sky Hotel delivers breathtaking views, exceptional comfort, and world-class service. It’s the perfect choice for anyone wanting a memorable and luxurious Bangkok experience. We will definitely return.

We booked for 4 night 
Unfortunately the first day we arrived late and so the room for 1 king size bed room is full 
However the staff is helpful and kindly to reserve the next 3 nights 1 king size bed room for us 
The rooms both tidy and big, worth to stay here 
The swimming pool and the gym room both great 
We ordered the grab food and we need to downstair and pick the food from reception. 
Moreover the hotel is still in construction but not totally open yet 
Sum up it is worth to stay here in BKK and it can reach to Airport express train station in 8-10mins 
Lastly 7-eleven is just in the G/F of the hotel and no worry for drink and food

A Hotel with excellent service and good rooms, let down slightly by its remote location and limited dining. Perfect if you prioritize friendly service over walkability, and don't mind taking taxis everywhere.  

The Good:
✔ Comfortable & Clean Rooms - Spacious, well-maintained with good amenities (mini fridge handy, though no mini bar)  
✔ Outstanding Staff - Reception was polite and efficient. Special thanks to Concierge ARM who expertly arranged our transport rentals!  
✔ Thoughtful Service - Staff helped us decorate for a birthday surprise - lovely personal touch!  
✔ Decent On-Site Dining - The single cafe/restaurant offers:  
   - **Breakfast Buffet: Ample selection of dishes (though nothing extraordinary)  
   - À La Carte Options**: Afternoon seafood Pad Thai, spring rolls and wonton soup were highlights!  

The Minor subpar:
✘ Inconvenient Location - Quite far from BTS/train stations and major attractions  
✘ Chronic Traffic - Area is perennially congested (use Bolt/Grab or Arm's car rentals)  
✘ Average Dining - Only one F&B outlet with decent but unexceptional food

- Contact ARM (Hotel concierge) to book your cars in advance to beat traffic  
- Try their à la carte Thai dishes - better than the breakfast!

This hotel is perfectly located at the heart of Pratunam. You get foods and shops everywhere and the nearest is train is just few minutes away. The hotel services are average but it’ll do since we are out most of the day and only use the hotel for resting. Please be reminded that this is an old hotel. 

Transportation to move around however is not very convenient. It’s expensive if you are not local, the drivers will hustle the most out of your pocket. The busy road can also make you stuck for a very long time. So plan a trip or journey in advance to avoid the traffic jam.

Perfect location, located between two BTS stations, super easy to get around! The room was clean and comfy. Great value for the convenience!

The hotel is in a very good location, easy to travel, there are many restaurants around the hotel. The room is small but everything is arranged perfectly, not feeling cramped. The room is more complete than some 4-star hotels. The entrance is mysterious. There is hair on the bed. The ceiling has a water leak. When it rains, there is no water leak.

The hotel manager is bad, he has no service mind and always has bad mood. Other reception were nice, willing to answer customer’s questions. Hotel location is good. They has only 2 choices of Breakfast.

Ideally located near the lake and the Wat. 's evening a very pleasant evening market. The room was clean. Staff was very nice and breakfast excellent with choice from Thai breakfast and Westers
