The apartment consists of living room (sofa bed), bedroom (double bed), kitchen with dining area (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine), bathroom (bath with shower) and hallway and has a south-facing balcony. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bäker bathing area, in an idyllic, quiet edge of the forest and yet close to the urban infrastructure of Ratzeburg. Biking trails and perfect dog run areas start right on the doorstep. The apartment is ideal for families with children, cyclists, hikers and water sports. The hilly lake landscape around Ratzeburg / Bäk and the adjacent nature reserve Schaalsee offer many opportunities for leisure activities and excursions into nature. The Hanseatic cities of Hamburg, Lübeck, Wismar and Rostock and the Mecklenburg state capital of Schwerin are less than an hour's drive away and events such as the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg or the sailing regattas of the Kiel and Travemünde weeks are only a stone's throw away.
