The pull out had no linens - staff dropped off linen but did not make the bed
Restaurant staff was beyond terrible - in addition to poor service and horrible food, we did not receive a bill for breakfast only to find. $50 charge on our room bill. It took FIVE phone calls to have this charge finally reversed.
Would NOT recommend.

Front desk staff was so-so. Check-in was great but when I called later to let them know the vending machine was broken and took our money, acted like they couldn’t care less. Referred me to a building 2 buildings 2 buildings away that didn’t have candy. Recommended she put in a ticket for the machine. Could tell she had no intention of putting in the effort. Hallways smelled very strongly of cleaner. All in all it was about what we expected, decent but it is an old motel with several buildings spread across the property. The BEST feature of this place hands down is the restaurant. The food is really good - the best we’ve run across yet associated even with nicer hotels. I would stay here again for a reasonably priced place to crash when doing a road trip.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Restaurant is really really good! Only negative was the room above. Noisy. I’d probably stay on the 2nd floor next time. And there will be a next time.

The hand written note from housekeeping was cute and all, but there was long black hairs on shower walls and in sink. The room needed a good de-webbing. Its almost as if housekeeping hasn't been in that room in months

They put us in the section behind the main hotel. It needs some TLC. It was so noisy, you could hear everyone above us. The smoke alarm started going off at 4am. When we told them at the desk at check out all they said was, oh that’s not good.

We got to the hotel after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was top notch with made to order omelets. The staff was professional and helpful.

We were put in a block at the back of the property. Old and dowdy. Carpet in hall was dirty and not vaccumed. Cost of the stay was overpriced by at least $50.
