The outwardly pompous and attractive “antique” hotel made a disgusting impression in every way. We took the royal suite and were unpleasantly upset. It started with the fact that both TVs in the room did not work, as if no one had turned them on before us, the employees came (without taking off their shoes) and turned around, but could not do anything, in the end, after sitting in the room for more than an hour, it turned out that the problem was in the connection . We decided... The room is old, everything is broken, beautiful on the outside, but in fact it's junk. The water was either hot or cold, the jacuzzi did not work. They called the technician again, something took a long time to turn and it worked... But... After use, real suffering began. The Jacuzzi started turning itself on and off every 10 minutes, nothing could be done. At one o'clock the master was called and he opened the El. box and turned off the machine. No apologies. In the morning I won’t even describe the breakfast in particular. Level three.. No fish cuts at all, sausage cuts 3-4 pieces per tray, even the tea is terrible.. There is no coffee machine either. It's a pity for the money.. The spa is generally terrible. They have never been washed, everything is falling apart, they are used mainly by street tickets. Everything is covered in black hair, broken, broken. The saunas are separate, so you can't sit together. They weren't allowed into the pool without a cap either. In general, there’s a lot of pathos, but in reality it’s nothing...

Very attentive staff, they make all efforts to make you feel like home. Everything is in order, Rooms are huge and comfortable. It is great to have a jakuzzi. Delicious food. Very close to city center. Definetly recommend for business & leisure guests!

Overall service was good No bellboy for luggage picking and dropping. Mir was a a very good person who helped us in breakfast and was very sweet. One lady was there at reception, i don’t remember her name but she was very harsh and bot kind. This made us feel uncomfortable and bad a bad experience.

There was not even a bellboy to provide us with luggage Mir satar provided us with great services They didn’t even provide water for drinking . Good property but not a 5 star service Limited breakfast options and staff need more training specially a lady Mir and habib were helpful in the restaurant You need to take your luggage yourself i was told by receptionist that They don’t have a bellboy for your luggage Would have rated better if service better.

Everything was perfect, the only problem is, hotel is not on a walking distance to anywhere. The hotel is next to a highway and it is almost impossible to walk anywhere.
The first motivation for the hotel was, its very close location to the Hayder Aliyav center, but it is almost impossible to pass the highway to there. Thanks Bolt for transportation.
Other than walking the hotel has a fancy design, room decoration was better than our expectations. Swimming pool is an extra building next to the hotel. Somehow my girlfriend didnt enjoy the society in the sports center and we didn't visit again.
House keeping was not good in timing and they didn't replace the towels during 6 days stay.
