Old Hotel with 0 maintenance, had the room and it was nothing like description: 2 small single bads , water leaking from the selling in the bathroom! The bath was dirty and covered with moisture ! Went back to reception, they asked me to wait 3 hours for the manager to arrive at 11am ! Then changed my room to bigger but similar situation room ! Bad covered dirty. Room sirvice are there only if you go to reception and ask for it ... breakfast was really horrible : cold food ( eggs ....) so just to avoid . Such a pity that it have amazing location.

The restaurant (Chorek Arasi) was a huge disappointment for me. I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time because I saw a lot of ads on social media, and I was very impressed by the menu and the view of the city from the rooftop. The only thing that matched my expectations was the view of the city. The food was cold, overpriced, and had very small portions. The taste was not good either. Here is what we ordered and my ratings from 1 (very bad/terrible) to 10 (I loved it): Toyuq popkorn (chicken popcorn) - 8 AZN - 1/10 Fries - 5 AZN - 1/10 Strogonov Quesadilla - 14 AZN - 2/10 Mexican Style Burrito - 14 AZN - 2/10 I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. You will pay a lot and get only dissatisfaction and a bad mood.

I moved to atropat after my horrible experience at white hotel and spa. The receptionist was helpful. The only thing I’d comment is on the basic room amenities (toiletries, kettle etc) that they said they don’t provide. Another negative point is their breakfast (very limited options such as boiled, red omelette or regular omelette with sausage inside). Overall they are located in a good place and has easy access to Baku city center.

Nice, friendly and welcoming staff that really do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Their English is week, but they try.
The breakfast is a bit different from what I'm used to, but it passes.
I had a 3 nights stay - no cleaning of my room - if you want it you have to ask for it.

Очень средний отель, уборка никакая, сами не убирают, надо вешать табличку. Все старое, в ванной на вент решетке прям свисает пыль.... Тюли, шторы все в пятнах.... Завтраки очень скромные... прям совсем выбора нет.... и все всегда холодное... Если какое-то блюдо закончилось, все больше его и не ждите.. Месторасположение только хорошее, в центре старого города.. Рядом есть небольшая детская площадка, на которой живет бомж и запах соответственный! В этом районе есть выбор в отелях!!! Вообщем, не советую!
