The Hilton Garden Inn is well-equipped and has a beautiful environment. I stayed for two days and then extended my stay. The staff are very friendly and promptly handled all the issues I emailed them about.

Love the hotel and the city especially. 1st time in Baku. Simply fallen in love. Btw , the hotel is super clean & nice. Full amenities just like in a picture. But i dont likey room view as you can see in the picture too. Staff are nice too

This was the best stay out of all three booking I had. The staff spoke English, they were empathetic and friendly. I would definitely book again. The rooms were crisp, tidy and had all the necessary daily life items. Iron, hairdryer. Their buffet was amazing from brekky to lunch. Lots of variety and non stop food. 11 out of 10 🤪

The hotel is quite new, and Azerbaijanis are generally friendly towards foreigners. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. In this Hilton Garden Inn in Baku, you input your floor number on a panel outside the elevator, and once inside, there are no buttons – it takes you directly to your floor. There's a mini-supermarket conveniently located next to the Hilton Garden Inn's front desk, which is great for guests to stock up on food. Breakfast was reasonably varied, and I'd rate the taste about 7/10.

Really nice service, clean and tidy rooms. The staffs were really really nice. The gym and breakfast was also pretty good.
