Landlady very very nice, speaks good German. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.

everything great and perfect, only a little hot in the apartment. The owner wants the air conditioning to run only when there are guests in the apartment, so it is not possible to cool the apartment when you are away, for example on the beach.
