"A truly excellent stay! The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. My room was on a high floor, away from the noise, making it very quiet and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and a consistent flow. The housekeeping staff were meticulous, keeping the room spotless and fresh. Food delivery came straight to my door, so no need to go downstairs to pick it up. The hotel's location is fantastic, very convenient for taxis and getting around. Both the facilities and service are top-notch, providing a truly comfortable experience. I honestly recommend staying here!"

"This time, the experience of staying in a twin room with garden view was amazing! Lele’s housekeeper was proactive and considerate throughout the whole process: she proactively upgraded the room type for free, and the bedding was so comfortable that we fell asleep in seconds; she thoughtfully gave us a golf experience coupon to take us to unlock the beautiful scenery of the mountains; she even prepared mosquito repellent in advance, and carefully checked the doors and windows at night to prevent mosquitoes~
From upgrading the room type to the warm little things, Lele’s meticulous service made friends praise ”living with a five-star ritual sense”, and the breeze and sunshine of Zipeng Mountain became warmer because of her care!"

"It is still an air conditioning problem. I can't sleep well at night when I sleep lightly. If I open it, the wind is loud. If I don't open it, the air conditioner will still be noisy. It may be the sound of the hair in the next room and the sound of the water. It is recommended that the hotel provide soundproof earmuffs!"

"Overall, a good experience. The B&B is within walking distance of Sanhe Ancient Town, so we could explore the old streets during the day and return to our room for a private hot spring soak in the evening, which really helped with the walking fatigue. The room was clean, and the hot tub was spotless. The owner provided excellent service and responded promptly to our requests. It's perfect for a weekend escape from the city to quietly relax for a couple of days."

It is the road design from the gate to the guest room, which is very unfriendly to the elderly and people with large suitcases. In addition to the uneven stone road, there are nine doors with high thresholds. My husband and I, more than 70 and 60, could not lift the heavy suitcase to the room, and twice and the front desk for help, were rejected with no hands. Helpless to put the suitcase in the car, what to use again and again to get it in the car outside the door, and it is inconvenient. After staying for two days, no one cleaned and replenished the items, and even the garbage was taken downstairs by ourselves. In short, it's terrible.
