"I've been to Suining many times for business, and I always choose this Chenxiangtang Hotel again. The staff here are excellent in both service and cleanliness. Once you're familiar with a place, you really don't want to change it. The receptionist, Ms. Xiao Ai, was very helpful, warm, and attentive. Any problems were communicated promptly and resolved quickly. I was very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet area, and complimentary drinks were provided. The hotel facilities were also very complete. There's a large wetland park behind the hotel, a tranquil environment, and a playground nearby. A sports stadium is right in front of the hotel, and there's free parking and security patrols, which made me feel very safe! I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come again!"

My husband was pleased with the pleasant surroundings and the comfortable accommodation. The hot water supply was good, and it's conveniently close to the charming old town. Food delivery was provided by a robot, and disposable face towels and bath towels were provided. Snacks were given upon check-in.
