Mazatlan Hotels with balcony

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

Regular / medium food. They fail Fon few things that can make differences, for example .. hamburger meat , very bad. I think it's not very expensive to get better meat, and better bread.

The hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.
