This particular unit (#314) has two levels and is one of only a few in the building with mountain views from all bedrooms, unobstructed by exterior hallways. The upstairs primary suite is recently renovated to fully close off all four walls ensuring privacy. Air conditioning has also recently been installed throughout.Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony or in front of the fireplace in the open concept living/dining room. The primary bedroom includes a California King bed with a new (2024) Leesa Legend Hybrid Mattress and en-suite bathroom with double sinks located on the second floor. The downstairs second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with shared access to a third full bath. Both downstairs beds have new (2025) Sealy Hybrid mattresses. The unit includes a full-sized washer/dryer and a gas grill available on the balcony. There is elevator access to the condo from the heated underground garage which has two guest parking spaces and a secure ski locker.The Seasons building is situated directly across the street from Avon's state-of-the-art recreation center, offering numerous activities, athletic equipment, a water slide, lazy river and pool/spa open to the public for a fee. The Westin, a few steps on the other side, also has an ample Athletic Club space and luxurious spa also available by fee.Nottingham Lake is a quick walk and offers ice skating in the winter and swimming with beach paddle boats and paddle boarding in the summer. You can be in Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, or Arrowhead in minutes. The Avon Transportation Center is adjacent to the property with a shuttle to Vail and Bustang service to Denver.
