"This is such a cute hotel that really feels like an oasis in the desert. The ambiance and vibe were all really great. The staff was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the welcome popsicles and the pool was great. The room was fairly clean and the tv had good options. The comforter kind of freaked me out as it looked like it was growing mold (see photo), but I just tried to think it was the cotton in the comforter all bunched up, at least that made me sleep better."

Amazing
MMAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

KKevin ShaunWe truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book there again! Very comfortable and clean and a meal for dinner and breakfast. Close to the airport, and they provide shuttle service. We also parked at the hotel for several days, and the parking rate was very reasonable

KKimifWe celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

GGuest UserThe hotel did not give me a breakfast voucher when I checked in, even though my rate included breakfast. I had to ask for one in the morning when I discovered they charged for breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me for the room when I had already paid through Trip.com. I had to call them to get a credit processed. The rate they charged me was $132, but I paid Trip.com $162, so it wasn’t cheaper with Trip.com. The breakfast was very good though, I had avocado toast.

The hotel is very distinctive. It has the kind of slope up and down, and the rooms are very similar to apartments, they are all short houses! The view is great! Very suitable for family living!

GGuest UserThe room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony. It is not good that there is no water in the room. There is no meal, and the pitfall of Hilton is that the WiFi needs to be paid separately

MMichalskiAdamGreat customer service!! I stay here quite often and although Motel 6 can't do much about the area or about some of the guests, I feel that they try to compensate by giving great customer service and helping out however they need to! Great job!
