Two pets (only dogs or cats) are permitted so long as each is 50 lbs or less. 2. These dogs or cats must be housebroken, flea-free, and 1 year or older. 3. Please pick up after your pet when it/they go to the bathroom outside. 4. No pets on the couch or beds. 5. Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property. 6. If any furniture, or the property in general, is damaged, guests will be charged accordingly with an invoice from a repairman. 7.
