specifically booked a junior king, but was assigned to a junior twin upon arrival. staff provided no apologies and only advised to pay for an upgrade if i want the specific bed type. room was spacious, clean and provided the usual room amenities. the bathroom, however, was a different story. it had an unpleasant smell coming from the faucet/sink, bidet was clogged/weak and the toilet cover looked worn out and badly needed replacement. breakfast was average and the quality of service of the restaurant/kitchen staff needs to be improved. highlights would have to be the swimming pool and the beach - both were amazing! despite the mixed review, we will still go back.

We quite enjoyed our stay at Costa Pacifica. The location is very nice and they have an amazing outside pool. The restaurant dishes were quite good, however the calamari could be better. The staff of the hotel were incredibly kind and quick. They even went out of their way to make our anniversary special with a cake and beautiful decorations. Would recommend this location to friends and family.

We had such a great stay at Costa Pacifica! ❤️ The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was really good too, with lots of choices. The food is a little pricey, but honestly, it’s worth it because everything we tried tasted great. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

What I don’t like is the lights are dim but overall it was a pleasant stay, breakfast is great too. Will definitely book again if we decided to come back to Baler.

We had a great stay! The only comment I have of the room was that the toilet seat seams unfit for the room price. It needs new toilet seat. But other than that, great place!
