Definitely not recommended. It's dangerous and the staff are very unfriendly. I was shown to a room with a broken window lock. For safety reasons, when I asked to change rooms, I was shown to a windowless solitary cell-like room. It was a very dark room. I reserved a room with a window, so when I asked for a room with a window, I was told that there were no other rooms available. I don't know if it's true. When I asked to fix the lock, the staff said it was safe here and wouldn't fix it and didn't think there was a problem with the lock. I don't speak English very well. It's too much of a safety conscious to guide customers when the window lock is broken. It will be too late once something happens. Unable to change to safety so rebooked to another safer nearby hotel. By the way, it was a non-refundable reservation, so it was not refunded. I approached trip.com for a refund, but they haven't contacted me, so I've been waiting for a reply for a week. I was surprised because it was the first time I had experienced something like this, but my distrust of trip.com, which lists this inn with a 5-star rating, is only increasing. I really don't understand why I was charged even though I didn't stay. I would like a refund. Also, in order not to cause other victims, please be careful not to stay at this inn. The hotel is quite small, but the swimming pool and other facilities are complete, there is a refrigerator in the room, the owner is very nice, and the service is good. I live across the door from an Australian couple with three children. It feels very warm, and the price of renting a motorcycle from him is not expensive
