Excellent hotel) amazing views

Staying at the Pini Sentana Village hotel made our holiday independent! The service is excellent, convenient location (we planned to travel around the west-south coast and the south-east). The staff is friendly, helpful, always visible (no need to look for them). All our questions were resolved without even having time to talk them through! This is a place you don't want to leave!!! Thank you!!! The hotel not only provides breakfast, but also has a menu at affordable prices, and the area is always clean and tidy! The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed! Also on the hotel premises you can give things away to be washed and ironed, the price is affordable (15,000 per kg). We rented a bike (they rented it to us with full trust and with enough gas (half a tank), we drive the bike well, so everything was neat on our part, but when we returned the bike they didn’t even inspect it). The B&B is located halfway up the mountain, where you can enjoy the sunset, cool mountain breeze, quiet surroundings, and a bit of a paradise a**osphere. The room is tidy and the facilities are good (I stayed in another hotel before and it didn't have hot water or a hairdryer, but this one is very complete). You can pay by credit card. The food is good. The price of the shuttle service is also very reasonable. The attitude of the boss and staff is very nice. .

"Review for Hotel Pini Sentana Village: My experience with Hotel Pini Sentana Village was extremely disappointing. Despite a seemingly smooth pick up from the port and a cash payment, I was told on arrival that the hotel was overbooked and the room I had booked was not available. After a frustrating discussion with the hotel manager, my money was returned to me, however I was returned to the port without adequate accommodation and with great displeasure. I had to arrange more expensive alternative accommodation myself, resulting in additional costs and inconvenience. Particularly annoying was the alleged cancellation of my booking due to an alleged invalid credit card issue. This strikes me as a questionable excuse to avoid responsibility for their overbooking. Overall, my experience with Hotel Pini Sentana Village was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend it."
