PassGo Digital Airport Hotel Bali

Great location, right on the second floor of Ngurah Rai International Airport arrivals. After scanning your QR code to exit customs, you don't even need to leave the main entrance; it's right above Starbucks on the second floor, to the right. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent! Definitely recommend! Plus, Burger King is opening soon next to it on the second floor, and the ramen on the third floor is super delicious! Haha!

My top choice for a layover. The only thing that exceeded my expectations this trip.

I had a 7 AM flight, so I booked this hotel to arrive the night before and get some rest instead of traveling early in the morning. It's located inside the airport, which is very convenient. The cleanliness was average. The room had a lock, and everyone was quiet, so I managed to get a little sleep. There are also lockers that fit M-sized suitcases. Shower rooms are available. It felt like there were no hair dryers or amenities. The charging cable in the room wasn't Type-C compatible, so I charged my devices at the desk in front of the reception. I wonder if they would have lent me a hair dryer if I had asked at the front desk? Or if they even had one? It would have been great if they were fully equipped.

The facilities are good, and there's a separate bathroom. Plus, it's very close to the international terminal's prayer room—just a slight right turn. If you need food, you can order from Burger King or a Middle Eastern restaurant right in front of the hotel. The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to get to the domestic terminal. But don't worry, you can get there by going straight down the path on the left (follow the signs to the domestic terminal area) where there's a free buggy car available to save you time getting to the domestic departure area.

Great for solo travelers and those with early morning flights, no rush at all. Absolutely worth it in my opinion, I've stayed at Passgo Ngurah Rai Bali twice already.

Easy to find, but a bit noisy. Honestly, you could book the Novotel nearby; it's not far and the price is good. The main advantage here is how incredibly convenient it is, plus you can rent it for just a few hours and take a super hot shower. Next time if I have a six-hour layover, I'd definitely consider it again. Thumbs up!
