Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak

I chose to stay at this place after having a bad experience at another hotel, and this one was truly top-tier. When I arrived, they welcomed me with free drinks, music was playing which created a really nice ambience, and they even gave me discounts for nearby attractions. They also provided complimentary snacks — and they were genuinely delicious. The only downside was that when my sheets were changed, one of them had a noticeable stain even tho the one i originally had before did not have i. Aside from that, everything was great. The room isn’t very big for the price, but overall it’s good, and the swimming pool is also nice. There’s a restaurant downstairs as well; the food is definitely pricey, but you can taste the quality.

Overall a really good and memorable stay. Staff paid extra attention to us on our anniversary trip. Very hospitable staff, clean and spacious room with great view. Would recommend to stay this hotel again.

The hotel is very close to the Double Six beach and the market. All shops and restaurants are close by. Staff is very helpful and do their best to assist you. My partner was unwell one night and we requested some turmeric powder and salt to add in water and they promptly arranged it. This was at midnight and to assist customer this late is very nice. Coming to the room; we were in their suite room which is massive for two people. Big lounge area. Very big bathroom and the room with surround balcony. Yes the room shows a little age but the price to value ratio is phenomenal and hard to beat. You will see some mould in bathroom tiles but that is totally acceptable given the bali weather. Don’t let it steer away from this hotel. If you are looking for a nice comfortable stay around Seminyak; look no further than Grand Mercure for your stay. We are already planning to re-book this hotel next year.

It was good Hotel but the locations is a little bit hard to reach Because the road the hotel in is only 1 car can go on

I stayed here for 4 nights, the check-in process was long, I was given a room facing the road which was very noisy day and night, so I couldn't rest comfortably.
