The location and service here are absolutely top-notch! We originally booked a suite facing the forest, which had a pool and was incredibly quiet. However, we prefer a bit more liveliness, so the front desk lady patiently helped us find another room. We ended up switching to a Junior Suite and were extremely satisfied. We also mentioned that there was no noodle soup for breakfast, and the very next day, they specially prepared a bowl for us... such thoughtful service!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kajane Mua. The customer service was exceptional – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Hotel has an excellent location with easy access to the main areas, which made sightseeing and dining very convenient. The room amenities were well-prepared and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to help. This hotel truly made our stay in Bali special.”

The room was very clean and quite spacious, and the water quality was decent. It also features a balcony, perfect for sunbathing on a sunny day. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient for getting around, ideal for city walks, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The only downside was that the bathroom facilities were a bit dated, and the hairdryer wasn't powerful enough.

Nice spacious room. Great to have the shuttle service around Ubud area. The complimentary afternoon tea was a great plus especially when we needed a coffee and was too lazy to hunt for it.  I would recommend this venue anytime as it’s location is fantastic.

The hotel has a free shuttle that runs from morning until late at night, which makes getting around the central area super convenient. Most of the staff were really helpful and supportive too, which I appreciated. On the downside, there was a moldy smell—especially at night—and the air circulation wasn’t great. The bed linens weren’t changed daily either; we stayed for three nights and noticed the same stain on the sheet on both day 2 and day 3, so it was pretty clear they weren’t replaced. The shower pressure was really weak, which made showering not very enjoyable. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing with limited options.
