Most hotels in Sanur are old and a bit run-down, but since this one was recently built, it was as clean as I expected. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, and they fumigated regularly, so it was hard to find any mosquitoes! I'd heard reviews saying that staff communication and response times were slow, but when we visited, they addressed our requests immediately, so it seems they've improved. The food, for Indonesian standards, was quite light and the price was reasonable, so we enjoyed our meals without worry. The hotel is located at the entrance to Sanur, and it was a bit hard to find at first, but other than that, it's a hotel I'd love to stay at again! I highly recommend it for families or couples looking for a quiet stay, rather than those who prefer a bustling hotel area :)
