I was expecting a lot from the pictures posted on Trip but it turns out it was a very old picture. When I arrived at the hotel, the first thing I noticed is how old it is. The place is clean with a spacious bathroom and it is enough for a few hours stay. The problem with the place is the soundproofing. I can hear people going in and out of the hotel from my room and can even hear when the other room flushes their toilet.

Honestly, I don't understand the positive reviews for this hotel. I only booked a room to drop off my luggage while I traveled to another island. The room was incredibly dirty. We're talking ancient grime here. Cobwebs everywhere. The girl at the reception desk, still half-asleep, didn't even bother to check my booking, claiming I needed to pay extra for an early check-in (I had specifically booked it a day in advance). Then she couldn't even find my reservation. There was no hairdryer in the room. Only stay here if you're extremely tolerant of dirt, insects in your room, and you have all your essential toiletries with you. On the plus side, the hotel is not far from the airport. We checked out 20-30 minutes late, and the staff didn't charge us extra. They also allowed us to leave our luggage.

Disappointing, the room was damp and smelt. The pool/jacuzzi was empty and the sink could have been cleaner However, bedding and towels were clean, tv had streaming, within walking distance to airport and shower was hot. The staff on check in were friendly.

Easy walking distance from the airport in under 10 minutes. Because the walkway down the middle of the airport exit road is fenced in you do have to walk a bit far East before you can double back to walk West, but not as far as the route on google maps suggests. Friendly staff, comfy bed, toiletries and towels provided

Pros: Overall a decent stay near the airport. It’s a short walk from the airport, so if you are not carrying many luggage bags, then this is good enough. Cons: No shower gel provided, so you have to use either the soap provided or your own shower gel. I can’t sleep well with noise (personal habit), and it gets a bit noisy even at late night 2am. So if you are like me, then this place may not be ideal for “deep sleep”.

Luckily we only stayed here for a few hours for somewhere to leave our bags and shower before a late flight, room stinks of mould and bath towels were absolutely disgusting
