We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were very friendly and always smiling, which made us feel really welcome. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious – a perfect start to each day. Compliments to the chef for the amazing food!

A gorgeous hotel and very tasty breakfasts and every day they update the menu. We came there for lunch in the restaurant, they cook very tasty! The hotel itself is also beautiful, guests came to me at the reception and everyone stayed on the territory, did not want to leave))) the transfer took us to the beach, but did not take us back 😅 although we asked. The pool is clean and it is very cozy to spend evenings there. Now I have left for Gili, I will return again to this hotel.

Thank you to all the kind people. I asked for an early check-in because I was so tired from the jeep tour on the first day, and they checked my room without hesitation. In addition, I asked for laundry service, but my underwear smelled, so I asked again, and they gladly did it. After checking, they said it would have to be done several times, so they washed it several times and gave it to me. Fortunately, it didn't smell. In the room, there was a birthday gift, a cute message on the mirror, a towel cake, and a real cake. Thank you for the thoughtful service, and I hope to see you again next time. They also provided a flexible breakfast and cut the fruit happily 🥹

Cleanliness: It's a newly built hotel, so it's clean, and the shower filter didn't change color at all during the two nights. Location: It's easy to walk to Atlas Club. I walked back to the accommodation after 9 o'clock when it was dark, and the security was okay and it was worth it. Instead, Sensorium and Labrisa are far (30 minutes by foot?), but it was okay to take a Grab and walk there. Breakfast: A decent buffet-style breakfast. The scrambled eggs they make upon request were delicious. Pool: Most of the guests were Westerners, and there were many people resting on the pool beds during the day, so the beds were always full. If you want to use a bed, I recommend eating breakfast and going right away! Gym: It's a small gym with two treadmills, but it's a new facility, so everything is clean, the air conditioning is strong, and there are towels and a water purifier, so it was good for exercising. Laundry: I thought the hotel laundry service would be expensive, but it was very cheap, so I left the clothes I wore once or twice right away. However, the blouse that felt like thin gauze shrunk a little. I think it would be good to leave only clothes that don't shrink. Other: Since it was a honeymoon, I left a comment when making the reservation, and they decorated it and gave me a piece of cake. Originally, I was going to go to a hotel where many Koreans go, but since there was a difference of about 150,000 won for 2 nights, I came here only believing the reviews, and I am very satisfied. Since it is a 5-star hotel, kindness is a given, and the facilities are well-managed.
