This hotel has 28 rooms and offers a truly unique experience if you don't mind the abundant insects and humid conditions of the rainforest (we visited during the rainy season when it almost never stopped raining). The hotel's food was among the best we tasted across several five-star hotels, and the spa is also highly recommended. In terms of facilities, it has everything you'd expect, but it's not as convenient as other hotels in the same price range. There were also some maintenance issues, but it was generally clean. Accessing all rooms requires using a small elevator, which only holds five people. If the elevator happens to be out of service, it would be a real disaster. We encountered a few minor issues, but they were quickly addressed and resolved. Overall, the staff consistently provided warm and professional service.
