The hotel isn't large, but it's incredibly exquisite, like stepping into a fairytale – truly beautiful! I was genuinely surprised on check-in day; everything from the check-in ceremony to the little elephant on the bed felt so warm and welcoming. This place offers excellent value for money! The hotel is located in the east, about an hour's drive from the pier. However, the journey isn't boring at all; you get to see many small shops along the coastline, which made me feel that Penida is worth at least three or four days to explore. The hotel's location isn't the most convenient, but it's absolutely perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

This is a villas hotel where each unit is a standalone villa, giving off a mini-Maldives vibe. My first impression was genuinely surprising because I never expected to find a hotel with such a great environment on Penida Island. The hotel is close to the beach, but the sand quality isn't great, with lots of small stones. The staff are very attentive, and the hotel uses a lot of frangipani flowers in its decor. Due to its somewhat remote location, most meals are eaten at the hotel. I'd recommend anyone staying here to bring extra snacks and drinks. Dinner was served on a patch of fine sand, the kind where chair legs sink in. We arrived on a Monday, and there was a live band performance in the evening. After making eye contact with the musicians, they even specially played two Chinese songs for us. I regret not tipping them; it felt very respectful. The breakfast buffet was comparatively less impressive; it felt like the chefs weren't on the same level. Perhaps there are better hotels on the island, and I did see some good-looking ones along the way, but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Penida Island. A lady and a plump young man at the front desk were both very kind and helped us resolve a transportation issue. The young man even waved goodbye as guests left. When another front desk lady was answering our questions, the desk phone rang. She excused herself to answer it, but the call went on endlessly. Such a long call can easily negatively impact a guest's experience. Another lady, who seemed like a manager, proactively came over to ask if we needed assistance, which is the main reason for my gratitude towards her.

Extremely satisfied! This newly opened hotel has all new facilities, and the personal butler, Mickey, provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service! The hotel is located on the east coast, so I booked a pick-up service from the pier to the hotel a day in advance for 450k, about the same price as a private taxi. I booked two garden view villas. Each person received a flower necklace upon check-in, and local snacks and drinks were provided. I was upgraded to a villa with a pool, and then a shuttle bus took me to the villa. The pool was very clean and heated, making swimming very comfortable. There was electric mosquito repellent in the room, and I wasn't bitten by mosquitoes during my two-day stay. The hotel is right next to the beach, which was full of coral and seashells—I collected a lot! Many details were handled very well: small snacks were provided daily, and drinks and snacks in the minibar were free. Staff members always greeted us with smiles, and a shuttle bus was readily available from the restaurant to the villa. Tips: The breakfast buffet only had some bread and drinks; you need to ask the staff for a menu to order fried noodles, fried rice, etc. On the last day, because my flight was delayed, I was allowed to check out at 1 pm. After dropping us off at the pier, the hotel driver even took us to the ticket exchange counter for the corresponding ferry company, which was very nice.

The room smelled like feet. The toilet had no screens, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The door was right next to the road, so the curtains had to be closed all the time. Otherwise, the door from inside the room could be seen clearly. The swing at the door was visible all the way to the end, and there was no privacy at all. The service details were also very poor. Because there were two children, I had to pay an extra 900 yuan, but there was no extra bed. The refrigerator didn't even have a bottle of drink or water. The dinner charge was expensive, and the price-performance ratio was very poor. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had, even worse than the 200 yuan hotel with breakfast included in China. In short, I don't recommend it. The service was average. The hotel pays attention to details. The service staff asked me to use my phone to give the hotel a good review, but I refused directly (so the high review might be fake). The room rate is nearly 2,000 per night, but they don't even buy a better filtration system. The water quality is very poor (see pictures for details). If you are traveling with children from China, I suggest you don't come here to avoid pitfalls. There are rusty iron nails hidden in the sand under the restaurant table. My child pricked his foot, but fortunately there was no bleeding. The most speechless thing is that after I told the waiter, he actually threw it to the other side. In addition, the outdoor view pictures of this room type do not match the actual view, which is a bit of false advertising.
