The hotel is well-located, a 5-minute walk from the beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the room is spacious with modern amenities.

The air conditioner dripped water onto the floor all night, which was quite noisy. When I woke up in the morning, there was a cockroach. The reception staff frowned at my English pronunciation and told me they couldn't understand what I was saying.

We stayed for a week and were very satisfied! A beautiful hotel with lovely design and a pool. Very clean. The staff were unobtrusive. The breakfasts were delicious. If you wish, you can take surfing lessons or rent a bike. I would suggest a bigger fridge in the room, as the one provided was a mini-fridge for masks and cosmetics, so nothing else fit in it. Otherwise, everything was super.

This was the best room I've stayed in Bali. The environment was superb, and the breakfast was delicious. I absolutely loved the pool and the sunken living room. I saw some reviews mentioning no toothbrushes, but you can just ask the front desk for one.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Kuta Beach, so you can easily stroll back after a walk on the sand. The entire hotel has a Bohemian-style decor, giving it a bit of a guesthouse feel, almost like something you'd find in China. It's probably owned by Chinese. The pool is also great for photos. Plus, if you can't get up in the morning, you can pre-order breakfast and have it delivered to your room at a set time, perfect for sleeping in! 👍 The only issue was the drain in the bathroom had a strong odor. We notified the front desk, but the smell remained quite strong.

The lobby was nice, but the room reeked of mildew! I couldn't stop coughing at night while trying to sleep. The toilet drainage was very poor, possibly due to uneven flooring. There was no kettle in the room, and the one the front desk provided was very slow to heat up. When I first arrived, the sheets and duvet had yellow stains, but the staff were cooperative and changed them to brand new ones. Overall, I didn't feel very comfortable staying there; it wasn't as good as I had expected.

The room was quite new, spacious, and clean, with comfortable bedding. The entire hotel has a water filtration system, but I still swapped out the shower head for my own, and the filter was still relatively clean after a week of use. The service was excellent; everyone was warm and friendly. We added the hotel's WeChat upon check-in, so any issues could be communicated and resolved promptly via WeChat. Staying on the ground floor means you might hear some noise from people going up and down the stairs. It's close to Kuta Beach and Beachwalk Shopping Center, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for dining, surfing, and more. The hotel offers scooter rentals for 100,000 IDR per day. There's no refrigerator in the room, and toiletries like toothbrushes and slippers are not provided. Breakfast was just okay, with only two set menus to choose from.

The environment is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and sunny, and the driver is handsome. The only downside is the lack of toothbrushes and slippers, but perhaps that's common abroad. The breakfast delivered to the room was fantastic, and the surrounding area is very convenient.

Our first hotel upon arriving in Bali, and it was excellent in terms of environment and service. It's within walking distance to the beach, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast was delicious. The absolute best part was the fantastic service; they were super quick to respond to messages and offered airport pick-up at a reasonable price. We also booked a private car day tour to Uluwatu through the hotel, and our driver was handsome, friendly, and just amazing. My friends and I couldn't stop raving about him; he was such a great guy!
