This looks like a huge family-home-turned B&B. Located in the far North of Nusa Dua, the surrounding environment is quiet and calm. If you prefer a lot of activities and people, this may not be the right place. The beach is accessible by a few minutes walk. However the beach is for water spots and not for swimming. Service of the B&B is okay with friendly staff. Utilities are dated and not many, but since the price is low and very competitive, there's no complain. No many restaurants in the neighborhood.

Great rooms in a beautiful garden setting. A three choice breakfast was included in the very reasonable tariff. The staff were fabulous, especially Putu. The owner was present on-site directing the garden and maintenance team and the property was very well kept, inside and out. The meals were all delicious although not a huge selection for evening meals. Very limited warungs or restaurants close by but plenty back down the peninsula. The new Japanese restaurant Barong Tei was lovely and the food delicious, although quite expensive. We stayed 6 days and would come back but for fewer days, only due to the lack of restaurants and things to do.

Hotel was lovely, even had a library for swapping books in many different languages.
Lots of greenery, but because there was 2 dirty ponds with fish that I felt sorry for, it attracted mosquitos.
I did not like the area around, it was very run down with not many restaurants to suit western tastes.
Many restaurants have closed down in the area.
I went for water sports, which there is plenty, but the beach was not pleasant and was dirty.
Queen room was very dark with limited light, lotus 3 was better although noisy as next to small road.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, although if you eat in restaurant be patient, you can sit there easily for 10 mins and you have to get their attention when you patience runs out and was bitten by mosquito 3 times waiting to order my breakfast, although guests in other seats were not effected, I was very unlucky every morning seated in the middle

I can’t thank the owners & staff enough for making me welcome & ensuring my was really special. Special thanks to Putu, Numan, Malik & Juni.
The accommodation & grounds are beautiful with lots of Balinese character. Very serene & tranquil. Breakfast was delicious.
The accomodation is really suited to a more mature clientele. I’d say it’s not really a place for kids as it’s so quiet & the pool is big enough but rather small for kids frolicking.
Minor feedback: I would suggest replacing the towels & ensuring their whiteness & softness.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the garden was beautiful and so relaxing, and the area was lovely. Everything was in walking distance and the beach is literally across the road. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay there again.
