I stayed with my family in rooms 226 and 228. Our stay was excellent from check-in to check-out. Every request I made was handled promptly and efficiently, and the team was genuinely one of the friendliest groups of employees I’ve ever encountered. Their hospitality truly made the experience special.
That said, I believe the rooms could benefit from some upgrades. While nothing was a deal breaker, certain elements felt outdated and in need of refurbishment rather than just cleaning. The toilet bowls appear water-damaged and should be replaced, the shower grouting needs attention, and a bit moldy on the shower taps, the beds make noticeable noises, and the front door doesn’t close properly. These are maintenance issues that, if addressed, would significantly enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
Additionally, the alfresco area’s tables and chairs were not cleaned daily, which would be a small but important improvement.
Overall, despite these points, I would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times and would gladly return. My comments are simply constructive feedback to help elevate what is already a very positive experience.
