Upon arrival, it turned out that they were treating the area against Mosquitoes. Despite the fact that I warned that I was lying in the room with a temperature, they still started processing. Almost suffocated
The audibility in the room is terrible, the doors and gates are sealed across the entire street, the voices of the neighbors seem to be in your room.

The vibe of the hotel and the breakfast is so good! And place is so nice , the atmosphere is very beautiful and cozy to stay . The breakfast is very nice delicious and the view is very beautiful and the this is the best place who want to stay in ubud, I recommended this place

It was my first time in Bali and I had the most amazing experience at the hotel. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time, simple and delicious. We tried the floating breakfast and although I initially thought it to be overrated, I loved it. The people at the hotel made a beautiful arrangement and eating breakfast in the water is more enjoyable than I thought it would be. The service and the people working there were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was one not to forget. We used the taxi service of the hotel to explore the surroundings. Our taxi driver/ guide was everything we could have asked for and more. Musta drove us anywhere we wanted to go and helped us along the way to explore Ubud and the surroundings to the fullest. To make a long story short, I would really recommend! Thank you for having us!!!!

My stay at Puri Saraswati Dijiwa in Ubud was absolutely wonderful. The room was comfortable and I especially loved the fact that it came with a bath tub and hot water - definitely a bonus for relaxation. The most memorable part of my stay at this hotel was the outstanding service. Every waiter and waitress was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. I especially want to mention the front desk helpers, Rathi, Ratna, and Heri, who were so heartwarming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I also indulged in the hotel spa, and I must say it was an extremely relaxing experience. The therapists were professional and the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. I ended up visiting the spa twice during my 3-day stay because it was just so good. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Puri Saraswati Dijiwa and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a top-notch spa made for an unforgettable stay.

Absolutely great stay. Wonderful location right in the center of Ubud. Lovely restaurant - Lutos right on the side. Very kind service from the receptionist Yunita , Ratih. And Arya we met when we check in. Room absolutely stunning with all you need and very comfortable bed.

the hospitality is the best in the whole ubud, very close to main road but it’s not noisy inside. the restaurant is also very good. you need to spend at least one night if you go to bali. five stars for Puri Saraswati Dijiwa. best best best best best

It was such a beautiful experience to stay at the Puri Saraswati. From the start, we got a warm welcome from the reception staff (Heri, Ratih ) and they kindly moved our baggage to the room while we were waiting for check-in. Also, Yunita kindly helped us with check out process. I would love to visit again ☺️
