Hotel My Lovina

am writing with much disappointment about my booking at My Lovina Hotel, 1, it is not central 2, it is not 24hr front desk ,it is remote & unsafe for solo travellers. 3. There is no room service 4. There is a very very meagre breakfast,  Whilst eating breakfast the attendant was smoking and spitting  phlegm over the restaurant balcony, it was disgusting the kitchen attendants were observing guests and whispering derogatory remarks I speak fluent Bhasa so I understood I also reprimanded them in Bhasa after which they disappeared 5. The room was not as presented on your site it was dirty and very outdated no vanity in bathroom so teeth,hair were done in the sink in between the bathroom & toilet 6. The safe broke down with my documents in it upon looking at the shelf it was on I discovered a dirty pair of lady's panties. 7. The TV which only had local channels & Wi-Fi were intermittent if not useless 8. The resident cats & the construction next door were a night time disturbance. 9, there are no close amenities ie: restaurants, or gojek delivery. This property is way off the beaten track they are unfriendly and certainly do not represent the very high standard of Trip.com in short, they should be taken off your booking portfolio. I thank you for taking the time to help me I stayed only 1 night and left, I am so happy with Trip.com and will keep booking thru your company I thank you again for your time and hope a refund for 2 nights or suitable resolution can be reached I have further bookings with Trip.com which I'm sure will be fine.

The hotel environment was nice but staffs are not friendly.
