Facilities: Very old, not worth the price at all, the pools are ugly
Hygiene: average
Environment: Except for the top floor, there is nothing special about it
Service: We were made to wait for an hour and had to be rushed several times. The hotelier did not help us with our luggage and did not offer water if it was available. I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking out, which was a very bad experience.

OK room. It's more of a executive suite. Has a big rooftop pool. Kids pool as well is quite big. Connectivity from here to beach and market is 20- 25 mins on bike. Breakfast has many options .Prompt service.

It was my second trip to Bali. With limited time and energy to plan for a trip, we signed up a ground package with a choice of 2 hotels at Sunset Road. Ramada by Wyndham was our choice. + 1. Clean and the room was cozy 2. Simple but nice breakfast to start the day 3. It was located opposite the Krishna Oleh-Oleh shop ! 4. Walking distance to K-mart, McD, Starbuck and restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Korean...) 5. Friendly and polite staffs - 1. Caught in surprise that housekeeping was not done on the first day after we came back from a long day. It was then informed that we need to request for housekeeping. Sigh ! 2. Tap water tasted salty. There was a note "It is not drinking water". Water dispenser was available at corridor. 3. The light along the corridor was dim. 4. It could be noisy at night from the street and corridor. There is room for improvement on sound proof.

My husband and I joined a package tour from September 9-12, 2013 to Bali, Indonesia. We were booked at the Ramada by Wyndham, Sunset street. The hotel is right beside a Circle K convenience store and very near a Restaurant they call Warung. Our room was at the 5th floor. The bed was large and very comfortable. The aircon was working perfectly. The bathroom highly needs improvement. There were yellow stains on the toilet bowl cover. Shower area has molds around. We stayed for 3 nights but the room was never cleaned even once. Soap, toilet paper, coffee and cream was never replenished. We have to call the reception to request for toilet paper. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. Staff were kind, helpful and courteous.

The hotel location is good, staff is very friendly, great thank to Ayu who made our stay special. Rooms are spacious & clean. The breakfast buffet requires some improvement in the varieties and cleanliness. Overall, it's recommended for business trips rather than vacations, as the pool is not that big & located on the roof.
