My second stay to this hotel and I feel the service quality has downgraded compared to my 1st stay. 1. We checked in around 7PM and I wanted to settle the room bill directly but due CC machine connectivity error, they weren’t able to charge my card. The male front desk staff advised me that i can settle the payment anytime even during checkout. Next day morning, while I was sleeping I got call from female front desk agent and she asked me to settle the payment. Told her clearly that her colleague who assisted with the check in, mentioned that I can settle anytime even during check out. Seems like there was a miscommunication between the staffs which caused the guest feels uncomfortable. 2. No hairdryer throughout the stay as they just have limited hairdryer. 3. Wifi is big issued as we required to log in several times.
