The room was clean and tidy, and the service was truly thoughtful and enthusiastic. Breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options, all very fresh. The environment was quiet and peaceful, a true oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Ketut, the coordinator, was outstanding and incredibly helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The rest of the staff were equally warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. A special mention to the tour driver as well—exceptional service, very knowledgeable, and made our trips enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for great service and hospitality.

The villa was very comfy and had a pleasant ambience! The staff were nice and friendly as well. Location was central and very near the cafes and other points of interest near canggu and seminyak. Only complaint would be that there was a lack of proper communication between staff and misunderstanding between what is included and not included within the booking. For example our booking includes a shuttle service but the day and night staff contradicted each other. Similarly for bottled water (some said it's included some said it's extra charge). To their credit they ultimately did honour both the shuttle and drinking water. The breakfast was really good and caters to all dietary requirements. Highly recommend. They also accommodate and pack the breakfast if you have early plans.

Restaurant and 1 concierge staff’s service was pleasant and decent Dated place, had to switch rooms due to aircon not working in the bedroom. Stench in the bathroom and was not resolved by the resort . Ceiling rubble dropped off daily onto the living room. Worm of sorts in the villa.

Great villa and service and the pool was cleaned everyday. They bring your Grab orders to your own unit so you don’t have to walk around.

Clean well equipped villa. AC to bedrooms but not to bathrooms or open-plan lounge kitchen area. Good sized private pool on peaceful gardens and reasonable food. Staff were all great, helpful and cheerful. Transport problems easily solved using a taxi.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. Overall, the experience was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great customer service in a beautiful setting. I will definitely come back again whenever I go to Bali.

A beautiful villa in a serene and trendy neighbourhood in Canggu. The villa is very spacious with a large comfortable bed, decent kitchen and big bathroom. The pool was awesome and enjoyable on the long hot days. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any request or need. The breakfast is made to order apart from a small buffet of pastries, fruit and Asian dishes. There is a Circle K right outside the villa complex as well as other restaurants and cafes. A brilliant experience at this stunning villa! Highly recommend to anyone choosing to stay in Canggu.

It’s a bit hot for their living area cause it’s open, we requested for a fan and it was given to us (but it doesn’t help much so we barely spent time together - just stayed in the rooms) Relatively clean but birds can fly into the living area and poop so have to ask them for service. Can consider these points before booking. Overall still quite satisfied 80/100
