They still charge a 300,000 deposit for check-in? What era are we in that they still require deposits? Then, at check-out, I had to wait over ten minutes because they said they needed to check my car, which was waiting outside. It took ages to get my money back. I don't know why the reviews are so high, but the service was really mediocre 😮💨. There were no slippers, and the towels were all dingy and dark. The showerhead was leaking, and the water pressure was very low, making it super inconvenient to shower.

We had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. Also, the room didn’t smell good. It seemed like it had been cleaned too quickly, and there was a strong soap smell left in the room. I was really disappointed about that.

Nice big rooms but not a lot of ventilation so it does feel a little damp with the Aircon. Staff very helpful, super easy to get to/from from the airport

First time in Bali! I booked this hotel for my first night because it's close to the airport, and I was surprised by how cheap it was! It might not be the cleanest though~ But Bali was fun ^_^

Starting on the positives, I got my hair done in the hotel salon (Maria’s Salon) and she did such an amazing job. She was so nice, enjoyed her company and was very thorough with my hair. Honestly I don’t like my hair straight but they did it so well I loved it! The reception as well they were very very friendly. The location was very very convenient near the airport since we had an early flight the next day and the price? Absolutely worth it! Next, the downside… the bathroom had a window next to the shower which shows the bedroom. There was blinds and it was a bit moldy which is a bit yuck but if you just leave it up it doesn’t really matter. It just threw me and my partner off. Also the pool, there was algae in the pool making the pool a bit murky. Would not recommend to put your head down. Overall though, not too bad!

Stayed here because near airport and cheap. Shampoo and soap was dodgy. Toilet smelled a bit. Overall still comfortable just for a night. Good location and breakfast was good variety also.

I absolutely loved watching the scenery from the hotel's rooftop – it was beautiful and so peaceful to see planes taking off and landing, and to enjoy the sunset. The service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. Highly recommended!
