酒店非常好，房間很大，帶陽台，設施完備，雖然老了一點的，但保護的非常好。自助早餐太棒了，晚餐印尼餐廳很好吃。環境優美，植被豐富，每天能看到小鳥和猴子🐒，服務非常熱情，退房的時候出了一點小問題，攜程和酒店及時快速的解決了問題，非常感謝攜程和酒店。期待下次光臨，再次享受美景，美食。

來峇裏島兩次，第一次來努沙杜瓦這邊～ 海水是真不錯！The ritz Carlton景色很漂亮！尤其是lobby的景色，很美！歡迎甜品很cute，孩子很喜歡！ritz kids真是一個不錯的地方！孩子託管細心負責，父母可以放心去做SPA等～ 孩子自己在裏面做手工、畫畫、和小朋友一起玩耍，很開心！kids pool 的slide孩子和超級喜歡！工作人員熱情且對小朋友很友好！

酒店的大堂是真的富麗堂皇，酒店望出去的景色，有點一覽眾山小的感覺。從你到的那一刻，就會有服務人員跟隨，辦理入住，你衹要提供護照，大堂裏坐着，歡迎飲料喝着就好，什麼排隊不存在的。我們到的時候，6點多了，所以，即刻入住。會有專人帶你去房間。然後把房間的所有設施給你介紹一遍。酒店去哪兒都有BUGGY提供（最後一張圖），當然，你也可以選擇步行。酒店每天都會有不同的活動安排，可以選擇付費參與。酒店附近沒有什麼餐食，酒店的餐食基本標準是人均CNY200+,所以，做好準備哈。

Marvellous staff and great food with lots of choices which will never disappoint you
My kid loves the ritz kids so much and the staff are full of love and we are so impressed that they remembered all the kids names that they met everyday
