The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff, especially at the front desk, were always smiling and helpful. A little squirrel even visited our window in the morning! After checking out, I realized I left something in the room and when I inquired, they had kept it safe for me, and I was able to retrieve it without any problems. I'd love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much!

Extremely convenient location, literally a 5-minute walk from the airport or a couple of minutes by taxi. Perfect for late arrivals or departures. There's a beautiful restaurant and an excellent swimming pool in the hotel's inner courtyard. Spa and massage services are also available by the pool.

Extremely poor experience. This 4-star hotel is worse than a typical budget hotel. The decor is outdated, the shower water wasn't hot, facilities were basic, the duvet didn't fit its cover, and a plasterboard even fell from the ceiling! A truly terrible stay.

The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers catching an early flight or on an overnight layover. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend it!

We stayed here with two other families, so three families in total, and everyone was very satisfied. It's super close to Kuta Beach, though getting a taxi can be a bit tricky due to traffic jams. The hotel environment is pretty good, mostly international guests, and it's convenient for getting around anywhere.

This hotel is very close to Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali. It had an open, resort-like feel. The restaurant quality was high, and I enjoyed the Indonesian cuisine. The only downside was that there were no face towels in the room.

The room was excellent, perfect for a vacation. Breakfast was great, the views were lovely, and the room facilities were top-notch. It's also very close to the airport, which is super convenient and clean. Definitely recommend it.

I used this as a half-night stay near the airport. It was peak season, so I booked it for around 100,000 KRW. Even late at night, there were many people checking in. The staff were really friendly! 👍 Especially thanks to the staff member who moved the sunshade for me at the breakfast restaurant, I could eat comfortably without getting hot. On the other hand, the room condition was just so-so. There were only two large towels, and the amenities weren't refilled. There was dust flying around everywhere, and the interior facilities looked old. Since it was just a half-night stay, I just slept and left. I wouldn't stay here for a few days. I added breakfast because I had a busy morning schedule, and it was decent.

The hotel's location is excellent, really close to the airport. The service is also top-notch, and the food is great. I highly recommend staying here, it's very convenient.
