The room is spacious, visually appealing but somewhat shabby, with an unpleasant odor, and some furniture is in need of replacement. The private pool is amazing—clean and inviting—where curious squirrels, birds, and lizards can be observed from the balcony. Cleaning procedures might be reviewed, as certain details are overlooked, such as a filthy smart toilet pipe.The service staff are wonderfu, polite, and hard working. Outdoors are fantastic, featuring three swimming pools, lush greenery, and a private beach equipped with plenty of sunbeds, bars, and restaurants. A short 7-8 minute walk takes you to the open market, 'Bali Collection', which offers a variety of dining options.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The restaurants had really great food, as well. Merusaka Nusa Dua has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in and will definitely come back next year

Location is extraordinary. The beach is one of the best in the area. The breakfast is plenty and the bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds.

Very nice beach, can spend whole day there. Good bfast spread, there were halal food too.

We checked in at 3am in the morning and could not believe how bright and happy the reception staff were. Check in was very smooth and we got driven to our room using the golf cart. The staff, food, and activities are all great at this hotel. We spend 4 days over Christmas holidays there and absolutely loved it thanks to Laola, Putu Anom, Hary and Resta who were amazing with my family and I. Looking forward to returning again. One of the best parts is the beach is kept spotless and is a short walk from the hotel, pool, bar and sun lounges.

Great experience here! Booked a villa for two nights with a private pool. Experience of a lifetime! So nice. Food was great, room service was perfect, staff were so kind and helpful, loved the beach, surfing nearby, shopping and good restaurants at the Bali Collection within walking distance. Villa private pool has a lockable door that opens up the a joint pool for all villa guests. Couldn’t believe it when opened that door. Rarely saw anyone else out there. Only minor annoyance was that the shower area was partially outside so it was impossible to keep bathroom area temperature controlled. Hot poops haha. Have to keep the door to the bathroom closed to keep mosquitoes out. Still wonderful of course. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A lovely resort! We stayed in a villa and absolutely loved it. You get a private pool for villa guests, afternoon tea and cocktail hour. Definitely worth it. The resort area is big and clean, lots of dining options, the staff are lovely. Walking distance to the water blow and bali collection, convenient pick up location for taxis and tours. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were large and the pool and beach were great! Very cost-effective, will come again.

We've had a stay as a family with two kids for seven nights and really enjoyed our time. Room, hotel facilities as well as surrounding area was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly all the time. We only had the breakfast which was convenient for us but nothing too special. The earlier you come for breakfast, the quiter it is. Later it can be quite crowded. Beach was nice and clean, not too crowded. Same for all the pools! We enjoyed our stay here!

Chemical too strong which used to clean the room , no sauna and jazzuci. Breakfast selections was varied
