The villa is nice but the staff needs to improver their service, the downtown is 20 min by drive and the pool needs to be more clean often, room services is not 24 hrs

The staff is very helpful and nice. But the room need to maintain and they need to change the curtain. The smell is too moudly and the room smell mouldy as well. I guess but the weather near to the mountain are more like that. Is too wet!!

The hotel / villa was simply dirty. Stained shower and bathroom facilities. Dust everywhere & mould in Bathroom. Dust everywhere especially under bed and furniture that could but had not been moved to clean. Moved rooms which was no better. Bugs and flies in the room. Should you still wish to stay here don’t say I didn’t tell you and do take your own towel!

fine, way to go there and back is so dark in the evening, Staff was nice and helpful. Use grab always, transportation and food. Little insects, and many lizards, frogs around. Nature sounds were amazing. Not much good view. If you are outdoorsy not staying in villa that much its okay.

The rooms are very spectacular and authentic, with a good on-site restaurant. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is cozy and inviting, making for a delightful stay.
