I rarely write reviews, but this stay completely exceeded my expectations. First, the hotel staff's service was truly top-notch. Every employee, from the security guards at the entrance to the restaurant staff, was immaculately dressed and greeted guests politely. When returning to the hotel in the evening, the security guards would even say "welcome back," genuinely making it feel like a home away from home. Second, although the hotel has a long history, it was renovated just a few years ago, so the facilities are very new. My initial worries about outdated amenities completely vanished. The hotel is surrounded by meticulously maintained artificial greenery (though it might not look like much in photos, the overall atmosphere perfectly captures an island resort vibe). I've stayed at other hotels in Bali, some more expensive than the Hyatt, but none offered an experience as good as this Hyatt. Highly recommend!
