Everything was good and clean. Except that employees can not be easily contacted and always found in the workplace. Because there's only one guy on shift, and he's in charge of multiple jobs. Besides, everything was fine. The pool is clean and the location is very good

Very old building with leaking ceiling. Bathroom was leaking day and night from the ceiling. Poor service. Took almost an hour for checkin.

the hotel is dilapidated
no shuttle as proposed.
The deckchairs around the pool are so dirty and damaged that it is difficult to lie down

Breakfast not very varied and complicated schedule because from 9 a.m. only
No internet in the rooms because it is too far from the box

Good experience with good service in this hotel, restaurant is awesome also. With nice staff, really helpull. I will be back next time with my family here. And i will tell my friend also to visit.....

Did not give me the room I paid for and refused a refund. Even refused a refund of the difference for lesser grade room that they forced me to stay in.
Did not clean the room or make the bed the next day. Staff was condescending and laughing when making a justified complaint. Offered no resolution or compensation. Food was terrible. Pool was dirty. Left accomodation early!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The worst place I have been to. Everything is drity, bathroom is disgusting. Bugs everywhere. DO NOT GO HERE! Nothing like the pictures! Do not trust them. I could not sleep the whole night, glad that I only booked one night.

The bungalow is nice to see from the outside! However, there is a lack of maintenance and it is not clean. The towels and sheets have stains. There are also many holes and cracks in the walls, allowing many insects to enter. The swimming pool + the beds could also use a cleaning. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly.
