Was a wonderful place for my partners birthday only though only stayed for a night the service and facilities were magnificent!! Everything seemed to been in place as advertised and pretty satisfied with overall experience recommend for couples as it’s pretty close to all the attractions along Kuta, sunset road area.

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable room with a beautiful green view to wake up to. Super chill — you can easily spend the whole day here. Comes with its own spa, restaurant, free breakfast, Netflix, and even a JBL speaker. Truly enjoyable, will definitely come back.

Upon checking in, the staff didn't proactively inform me that I could get a free amusement park ticket. I only discovered this myself on the official website. I started inquiring about this benefit at 8:30 AM, and they kept checking until I checked out, only then confirming that I was eligible. Was this a deliberate delay? Secondly, the location by the entrance is terrible; it's constantly noisy. Thirdly, the interior facilities are decent, aside from the bathroom lacking ventilation and the bathtub having loose tiles and water stains. At least it's photogenic. However, the staff felt like a group of mercenaries; the whole vibe was like they were a company selling cheap alcohol.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in - our stay was perfect - well designed hotel and rooms which looked like the photos online. Lovely shared pool and jumping pool, and the outdoor bath on the balcony was great. Room was clean, staff were attentive and friendly. Quick grab into centre of Seminyak/ hotel offered free shuttle to the centre which worked well for a dinner trip! Highly recommend

The resort's hospitality was another level! Welcome drink was beer! All staff from reception to cleaners were humble and friendly, always greeting guests with a smile. They prioritize guest more than anything. It was my birthday and they went all out preparing birthday deco and personally hand delivered a cake. Location: Good though it's a little further in, it took only about 15-20mins to reach Seminyak Square (Central shopping district) by Car/Motorcycle. Lots of small eateries and shops in the neighborhood and getting to places were easy. Communication: Swift and responsive as they uses WhatsApp, their daily dose of positive messages day and night added value to their exceptional service. Facilities: Their in-house spa was great and super relaxing, in-room pool and jacuzzi was all well. Restaurant: Breakfast was lil disappointing as there weren't much choices and food were just okay. Night time it is a Japanese restaurant and food were delicious, a fine dining experience. The resort just need replacement for the worn out door hinges and handles, other than that everything else was great! Special shout out to Ms. Diah, the GRO who served us most genuinely and Mr. Anta for going the extra mile, thank you. Will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family if they are visiting Bali!

Lovely place where staff are friendly and warm. Room was excellent especially in terms of cleanliness. Bugs on the balcony but can't be helped since it's a tropical country. Location wise was more private but still easy to find transport on grab and gojek. Overall would recommend

Lovely and friendly service from the staff. Loved the view from our room (greeted by cows everyday) and the room decor. The smart projector was cool but not really neck friendly. Location is abit of a distance to seminyak square but they have a buggy service that runs every 2 hours. Breakfast was decent, with coffee beans from EXPAT. If you like some nice decor without much crowd and noise, this place is good.
