We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions during overnight layovers. The location is excellent, particularly as I was traveling alone with two children. The breakfast offerings were also quite good. There are numerous dining options available on the domestic arrivals side, which is conveniently located near the hotel, as well as a mini market where essential items can be purchased. We intend to stay at this hotel again in the future.

As always stay at Novotel is my first choice when travelling to Bali for my connecting flight to other places in Indonesia.

The retractable table beside the bed is not clean. I had to clean it myself.
There is also an insect flying while we sleep and there’s a scratching sound coming from the ceiling. I did not get enough sleep because of these.
