We stayed here for the last two days of our family trip to Bali, and everyone in my family had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and their service for extra requests was prompt and satisfying. Of course, it was a bit far from the center of Ubud (about a 20-minute drive), but it didn't significantly hinder our Ubud travels. The breakfast was also decent.

I was very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. However, I will mention one thing because I expected a flawless experience at this hotel. The toilets in the breakfast area were dirty and I was a bit disappointed, which I would not mention in a 3-star hotel, but not this hotel. Breakfast should have been brought to my room.
