Excellent service. I had an issue with my air conditioner, reported it to reception & an engineer was there within minutes. The sun shines on the pool area all day. Perfectly placed hotel

Stayed: 6th to 10th November
I had a wonderful stay at Legian Paradiso Hotel from 6 to 10 November. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, always making sure I felt comfortable. The Superior Room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay throughout.
The breakfast was the best part — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety to choose from each morning. The hotel’s atmosphere is calm and welcoming, located conveniently close to shops and restaurants.
Overall, it was a great experience — excellent service, clean rooms, and amazing breakfast. Highly recommended!

Good location as there are many restaurants cafes and some local warungs around.
Shopping would be great as there are many shops around..
To go to the Kuta Beacwalk mall can be done by grab within 10 mins or walked 25 mins.

The hotel is in a great location with easy pickup access for Grab car or bike. The staffs were very friendly and were able to help quickly when our air con broke down. We were also able to complete a late check out with no hassles.

I couldn't travel due to getting some very bad news at the Dr, I asked reception to change for another time but they would not.

I felt like they're the scammers by leaving the drinks in the mini fridge and when you checking out, asking you to pay without you know. That's not about the money the way they plays, that's not cool.
