Rubbish, don’t go there. The waiter is ***, very xenophobic and has a very bad attitude! ! ! All kinds of blackmail, impatient🙄️, and scolding us (the person in my picture)

We stayed for a week. I told them before arriving we were on our anniversary trip they made a special flower arrangement on our bed. There were 3 rows of around 10 standalone accommodations. From our room we could look at the sea though the full heigh glass doors. There were many restaurants right next to it and see more within 10 - 15 minutes walk. There's also a convenient store which is very helpful. The nearest ATM is about 15 min walk in a little village centre. The pool is fantastic also overlooking the coast. Hotel restaurant is right next to it where we have an inclusive breakfast, again being able to enjoy the coastal view. Staffs were very courteous and clean the room everyday.

Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was nice with hot water and enough pressure. Every room have sea view and terrace. There is a big and deep swimming pool again with sea view. Location is a little bit far from central Amed but there is good restaurant near by and several diving center. Hotel staff is nice and efficient they can book taxi at reasonable price and arrange early breakfast several time. Hotel is at 10 minutes walking distance from the beach (it is not directly in front of the beach) but it is far from the road so quiet.

I stayed at bali bhuana villas (#1) from 5-8 july. I did this booking via agoda. Wayan (caretaker) ask me to clear dues via cash. I did payment for villa 1 and food via cash, i have receipt (dont have option to upload) Later he did a no show for my booking and still deducted money from my card. I have made a complaint with agoda. This guy wayan is a greedy guy. He can fall to any limit for money. This place is not worth it your time and money. Your kids and family are in dangerous and greedy company so beware.

With all my prior research it turned out my location sense was a bit off as only Lipah beach was a short walk away. One needs your own transport to get around. I refuse to rent a motor bike illegally in SEA. However, the resort itself was great. The staff on hand were friendly with special mention to the manager Wayan who helped me out a lot. I had booked my villa over 3 months in advance and was thankful to be allocated the best villa (room 2) with sea views. My room was spacious, clean and modern looking. The bed had clean linens and was comfortable enough. Aircon and fridge worked fine but unfortunately no TV (something to do with requiring a new decoder). Only one power point next to the sofa. The wardrobe had shelving and hanging space. Lighting throughout was good enough. The bathroom had a segregated h/w shower with good water pressure. Room cleaning is every second day but if your a messy person you can request daily. The balcony had a table and sofa which was nice to sit out and enjoy the sea views. The pool looked well maintained with sun loungers for relaxing. Breakfast was a choice from a menu. Fairly basic but it was good enough for me. This property lived up to my expectations (except for the TV issue) and at a very affordable price tag.

Great place to stay, their is a lovely quiet beach within walking distance that has a coral reef on the far side with plenty of fish, closer to the middle we saw turtles on both days we were there. Wayan and Made were really helpful and friendly, rented snorkeling equipment at the hotel for a great price. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with an amazing infinity pool looking out over the ocean. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance, just ask Wayan. Would recommend some sort of transport if you need to go further afield. Would happily stay here again.

Loved the quiet and the views. Just outside Amed and up above the water, but with a pool and beaches in either directions. Super friendly and helpful staff.

A very very nice place in Amed. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Getting scooters and massage through the property is no problem at all. They even supported us on our onward journey. Can only warmly recommend this accommodation!
