On the check in, the door was broken, next day I was moved to another room that had broken kettle and bed was all cover by some flying insects (side table, bed, pillows) there were so many of them that I had to change to the third room in first 24 hrs. Room service tried to kill as many as they could and wanted to change bed sheets- but what istye use, so had to move. There was a lotofoacking and unpacking… tiring experience. The third one had ants 🤦🏻♀️ Abd kettle was only working when you switched on a particular light switch in the room. It wasn't turning off oncewater is boiled - u have to do it manually… not to mention that every day in the afternoon until morning internet was not working at all. And every time i ask something from the hotel I had to wait long time. For example iron i waited for 1hr…
