We booked a villa with a private pool expecting a relaxing vacation, but instead experienced complete disappointment. Service at this hotel is practically nonexistent — guests are treated not as people, but purely as a source of money. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived one day later. We informed the hotel one month in advance and asked to adjust the booking dates, but the hotel flatly refused. No refund for the missed night and no compensation of any kind were offered.
When booking, photos of different villas are mixed together, creating false expectations. Upon arrival, the villa we received was very disappointing, and we had to ask for a change. We were offered another villa only with an additional payment, which we agreed to. However, even in the upgraded villa, the pool was dirty. Despite multiple requests, it was never properly cleaned. As a result, my husband developed an ear infection, we had to visit a doctor and take antibiotics, and our vacation was seriously affected.
Housekeeping is extremely poor: towels are changed once every three days, and bed linen was not changed even once during our two-week stay. On Friday evening, the hotel staff held a corporate party in the lobby and on the lawn directly in front of our villa — loud music, drinking, and noise until late at night, with no regard for guests’ comfort.
The next day, after particularly bad cleaning, we found a “complimentary” bag of trash left on our sofa. And as a final touch, despite having a late flight and the villa not being booked, we were asked to pay an extra 50% of the nightly rate for a slightly later checkout. We left with the feeling that we were not just disappointed, but openly taken advantage of, with basic respect for guests completely ignored.
