Worst hostel I've ever experienced. Since it was the peak season, I paid about 220,000 won per night and made a reservation. The ratings were good and the reviews weren't bad, so I booked it thinking it was a good cost-effective pool villa. It was late check-in, so the surroundings were dark, so it was difficult to properly check the condition of the accommodation on the day we arrived. It rained from day to night, so I think I waited for over 30 minutes to catch gojek (grab) to go to dinner. There are no good places to eat close by. The only advantage is that there is a Starbucks, which is said to be the largest in Asia, within a 5-minute walk. Even that, on the way to the rain that fell all night, the road was flooded up to the ankles (drainage near the accommodation is in very poor condition, so rotten trash is floating in the sea of ​​water...), so I went back and forth. Aside from the surrounding environment, the biggest problem was the condition of the accommodation and the attitude of the staff. When I looked at it roughly, the condition of the accommodation was a bit old, but I thought it was not bad. However, when I woke up in the morning, I was shocked to see where I had slept and woke up in a bright place with a clear mind. The biggest problem is the old blood stains on the white bedding... After seeing bloodstains in a very visible place... (not in one place), the problems of the accommodation began to come into view one by one. Both the individual jacuzzi and swimming pool were not so clean that I didn't want to use them. There was also a reason why I chose the accommodation because of the pool villa, but the sad story of not being able to dip one foot in the pool. ㅠ There is no separate restaurant for breakfast, and it was a system that set the breakfast time when checking in and brought it to the accommodation. We made a reservation for 9 o'clock, but there was no news even after 9:20, so we were able to receive our meal only after going out and talking to the staff. I had breakfast... First surprise at a very dirty and chipped coffee cup. The second surprise at the tasteless looking food. The third surprise was that I couldn't eat any more after taking one bite. In the end, I couldn’t even eat a bite and had to go to a cafe near the accommodation to have breakfast. When checking out, I explained the cleanliness of the accommodation to the reception staff, but it seemed that the staff did not speak basic English. I explained that there were blood stains on the bed and that the room was not clean, but there was no answer and only watery eyes. I was just busy checking out the room status with another employee over the radio. An employee who is not properly trained at a customer service bakery and cannot communicate in basic English. The employee's name is Riyanti. I hope that Koreans will trust and filter this accommodation when thinking about accommodation in Bali, so I don't usually leave reviews, but I do.

The service attitude was 100 points, but the environment, location, and everything else failed. The most terrifying thing is that there are at least five mirrors in one room, including the bedroom, which are very large and always make people panic when the lights are turned off at night.

The place is really cool, comfortable, smells clean, the service is also really friendly... Whatever we need is really fast. The room is spacious with direct access to polls, there is an Alexa if you want to listen to music and Netflix which makes you feel at home, just really suitable for a honeymoon
