The environment is very good, especially the pool view room inside. The price of the room outside is one-for-one, the bath water is a little smaller, everything else is OK, and the waiter is very enthusiastic. There are even rabbits in the garden.

That is not fair to rate this hotel as 4 star, and put few good photos. That is called cheating. It is somewhere between 2 stars and bad 3 stars. We started our stay in Bali in that hotel, and family mood was down. What saved us is daily trips around Ubud, returning to hotel very late. Rooms are not well cleaned, bed sheets with stains, bathroom is not clean as well. If you advertise room with breakfast, then have proper one....I do not want even comment what it was. The only upside of hotel is young staff who ready to provide support, but that is only thing I can refer as positive.

The Green Bird Villa is situated within lovely gardens which we really enjoyed and has a great pool which was welcome at the end of the day for relaxing in. Lots of frogs and toads to be heard which we found relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful but didn’t speak much English. The thing that let this stay down hence the 3 star rating is the fact that they have a known water issue yet are still taking bookings. We had 2 days of no water - couldn’t wash hands or take a shower and the rest of our stay - a further 3 days every time we wanted to wash we had to run down stairs and ask the staff to sort out the water and we were lucky if we got a few drips. They staff were accommodating and apologetic but the water issue wasn’t resolved. We changed rooms to see if this made a difference. It didn’t.

We wanted to cry leaving this place.. A total paradise sectioned in houses and bungalows , with a good looking and zen peace with all the green sorrounding. Houses inside are essential but goot looking , and clean! Service is fantastic , you can choose what to eat at breakfast and where to eat it , and in case they will bring it to your room , clean service awesome. Price is very very honest and not expensive at all! We reccomend this place , and looking forward to come back again in future. Pretty close to the center of Ubud by the way. Renting scooter also is possible. Situated in a good area near to famous restaurant and the monkey forest also!

Highly recommend, all the staff were lovely and the rooms were great (Me and my family had Villa Nice). Food was good and it's within walking distance to a few good restaurants. There's an orange cat that likes to come around which my family has been referring to as 'Jeremy', be kind to Jeremy.

The photos DO NOT at all reflect what it’s like and advertised as. They advertise being a four star and the cost is expensive and not reflective at all. This is more like 2 sstar. Swimming pool not clean. Floors look dirty., spa well that was a joke….it’s a grotty wooden hut where you get bitten at night by mosquitoes. Very disappointed and think owner is greedy and untrue by advertising the cost and rating….. it’s not worth the money at all. Do not recommend at all for the cost. Disappointed thinking I would be staying in paradise on my birthday

We stayed there for 2 nights. The villa is at an accessible distance from restaurants, malls, shops. Though its on a busy road, the sound does not disturb ones in the rooms. We spent enough time at the pool, walk around the garden(s). Though the breakfast was limited, it was sufficient in terms of qty, variety. They also provide an affordable laundry. For the money paid, its a value stay. The service however had notable shortcomings: (a) The room given to us was moist and having stale small. Upon request, we were given another room, but the doors weren't sliding. They fixed it in 15 mins, but couldn't they have done it prior to our arrival? (b) On day 2, the property was almost full. The breakfast was served late, they forgot getting cutlery, tissues. Upon reminder, they took another 2 mins to get it. (c) They didn't change the towels!

We are two woman from England (aged 22 and 23). We stayed here for two nights initially but we liked it so much we paid for an extra night. I highly recommend staying here. It is very beautiful and looks even nicer than the photos. What made this accommodation stand out is the amazing staff. They were so friendly and helpful: they took our belongings to our room, always chatted with us and they changed our sheets. They took pride in their hotel by cleaning around the pool area frequently. The location was ideally located. Ubud is certainly quite busy but you cannot hear any traffic or Road noise from your bedroom. The bedrooms were large and spacious and felt luxurious.
