Few lamps on the room are actually defective, that's why there's a switch that clicks but didn't do anything to the room. Breakfast in here is pretty normal, but good luck finding the spoon because it always gone and there are a lot of forks, even a 3-stars hotel served a much better service than this.

All services are good, comfortable to stay and enjoy the food, view are best, trying rooftop, all rooms are great. Staffs very friendly FO and FB team really best. Most of them are very strategic locations, and we can go anywhere. Near with bali mandara TOLl the access very easy.

The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful notably one lady 'Ayu'. The restaurant or housekeeping is perhaps understaffed - I am not sure since we had to remind through the front desk that the plates and cutlery needed clean up after the room service was ordered. The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent but some maintenance in form of facelift is perhaps due. The property boosts beautiful swimming pools and gentle soothing tropical traditional music offering a very warm welcoming feeling. The family room which we opted for is large and spacious with large 2 single beds, a large king bed and a nice private jacuzzi. The restaurant has a decent choice of western and asian breakfast options with decent choice for vegetarians too. The hotel had kept ready breakfast boxes upon our request for us at 5:30 am since we had an early morning flight to catch. We felt this is a good sign of hospitality which other bigger brand hotels should also follow in other destinations.

Not as described The sheets were stained on our arrival the shower leaked at the back of the bath which flowed under the bath when having a shower so flooded bathroom the swimming pools were dirty also sunbeds were dirty . The restaurant looked nice but only had one pair of tongs for all the food that was on display there was no hand gel. The shuttle bus did not exist the only nice part of hotel was reception area. We complained about sheets which they did change but did nothing about the bathroom flooding. When we left we looked under the bed to see if we had lost anything and there was lots of dust an empty bottle of water and a slipper that was not ours. This was room 520 so I bet if you looked under the bed now it would still be there. Most of the staff were nice. This is not their fault it’s the people that own the hotel. We were put into this hotel for 5 days prior to our cruise by cruise 1st which we have emailed . But some one should inspect this hotel. Photos attached

It's okay. There are spider webs next to the bed. I guess it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The shower in the bathroom is broken. Nothing else. There is a Chinese Mao's Restaurant less than 200 meters away from the right. It's more convenient.

2 star hotel at best. Booked 5 nights, stayed 1. So poorly maintained it is dangerous. Loose wires, missing tiles, dirty pool. Nothing like the pictures they present. Very few staff around to provide any level of service, but those we did find were very nice.

Used this hotel as a stopover before a cruise. It was fine, not located near any beaches etc, but hired a taxi for both days and took tours our area. It is situated on a busy main road, but most roads here are very busy. There was no noise from traffic at night so that was ok. Restaurant on site has good selection for breakfast and all day food options at reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shop nearby as well as a couple of other options for eating. Would use for a short stay but maybe not good for longer breaks due to location

Very comfortable place to spend time with beloved one , the room clean and tidy , we have very beautyfull view of The bali mandara road , the staff was amazing Breakfast service was outstanding , definitetly will come back to this hotel after silent day

Very good hotel, especially the interior design in the hotel area and the suite room type which is very luxurious like the name of the hotel, the staff are very friendly and quite helpful. The location is close to BNDCC Nusa Dua and the toll road. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean. I am very comfortable staying here. I will come back to stay at this hotel if I go to Bali

It is disturbing to need to ask repeatedly for hand towels and bath towels when there were none in the suite. Similarly the remote for one of the air conditioners did not work. The one phone in the suite did not have contact instructions for anything. The drain in the shower/bath did not pop up and was not fixed during my stay.

When I checked in I got a room at L 5, when I entered the room it turned out there were up to 4 flies🫣
Luckily the receptionist was quick to deal with it and was immediately moved to room L 6.
The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious, the AC is cold, there is a balcony and bathtub, complete amenities.
The breakfast area is spacious, the menu is varied, the condiments are quite complete, the taste is delicious.
In the lobby there are many comfortable places to wait or just sit and relax.

Luxury place, great room, amazing views, easy check in, receive many bonus like free spa free beer and service are excellent as well, i would love to stay longer at this hotel, rooms are quite big for a good price like this hotel, if you want to find a good deal for vacation or honeymoon this hotel really a good choice to consider

I was completely underwhelmed with the service and facilities. From the first day we checked in I've noticed a lot of defects at the hotel. First there were lots of stains on the bedsheets and towels. Second the rooms that had the sauna which one of my family stayed had spider webs everywhere. Third the bath soap and shampoo container was broken. Not only in the room I stayed but almost all the rooms I inspected happened. After 4 days of make up room, the housekeeping didn't do anything about it. Fourth, the curtain in one of my family's room is broken. Fifth, the rooftop pool is full of moss and dirty. There were also nails sticking out near the sun lounge, this is really dangerous especially if people doesn't see it. I'll mention a little bit about the service. I don't understand why the housekeeping doesn't have an extension number, which I had to dial to the reception everytime I need assistance with HK service. One time I was requesting for a soap, it took me one hour to wait. Since I noticed the reception was busy and they couldn't respond when I called I had to find the HK staff. Suppose in every hotel extension numbers are supposed to be seperated from every department. Breakfast was also below par, most of the food was bland and greasy. Honestly as a hotelier and frequent traveller, I am really dissapointed with everything. I hope The Crystal Luxury Bay Resort team can improve with their flaws in the near future.
